Growth and development have always played a crucial role in both my professional and personal life. Alongside strategic planning and disciplined execution, I’ve come to see growth as a direct result of dedication and hard work.
I call myself an IT Girl—mathematics, computers and machines have always been close to my heart. With nearly 20 years of experience in IT, holding various positions, I’ve now chosen to leverage my expertise, capabilities, and skills in a new way: helping others grow and develop.

It challenges my thinking, expands my perspectives, and helps me make the best use of my resources to find solutions and make meaningful decisions. One of Erickson Coaching International’s core principles states that clients already have all the necessary resources to make the best decisions for themselves. This belief deeply resonates with me, as coaching has personally helped me navigate challenges and drive my own transformation.
